COURSE:  HFT 3735  Destinations and Cultures (3 credits)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Through study abroad programs, the course emphasizes how cultural, social, geographical and human aspects of places are critical to the attractiveness of a tourist destination. This course is designed as a study abroad program  to give the students the opportunity to learn about the history, culture of the Peruvian people and their contribution to the world with more than 60% of the vegetal food of the planet.
