Earning her Hospitality Master degrees at Florida International University and Leeds Metropolitan University, She has taught Lodging Operations Control, Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism, Accounting for the Hospitality Industry, etc in the past.

7 years abroad living and working experience, Tao wei’s business career linked with some of the finest luxury hotels in the world, such as Rosewood, Hilton, etc, where she held positions in Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Food and Beverage departments. She also served Beijing 2008 Olympic Games as HR Supervisor and Trainer. The abundance of theoretical and real-world focus experience gave her extraordinary insight into western culture and international hospitality management.
