Duties comprised of teaching and training both in the school and Consulting and training in the

hotels.

 

1972-1974 - Field Expert in Vocational Education & Training International Labor Organization

(I.L.O.) United Nations Development Projects(UNDP) Teheran-Iran

 

As a member of a technical assistance team, assist the government develop its tourism industry,

develop training programs for the industry and train teachers and instructors to take over the responsibilities of the

experts.

 

1972-1974 - Field Expert in Vocational Education & Training International Labor Organization

Same as above except in this project a fully operational training hotel managed by students under the supervision of the experts/professors was designed fully equipped with multiple kitchens and restaurants.

Professor teaching and training students in the culinary Arts, both in the school as well as

consulting on training in the Hotels. This program was sponsored by the British Government Agency as technical assistance for over seas countries, aimed at developing the country’s tourism industry.
