Biography

For the past 28 years, Mr. Nadler's professional career and accomplishments have been focused in the hospitality/food service, entertainment media and real estate development industries. He spent 12 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a real estate and theater exhibition company in which he acquired majority control of the then publicly-traded company, and subsequently took private in which he then held 100% of its stock. Over this time period, Mr. Nadler revitalized the company by (1) building many new state-of-the-art multi-screen complexes, (2) enhancing movie acquisition programs, (3) operating numerous food service and concession facilities, and (4) strengthening theater management and operations. These efforts resulted in significant increases in the revenue and profitability of the company, and the repayment of acquisition debt four years early. Due to the substantial increase in value of the theater exhibition company created by these improvements and innovations, the company was acquired, in two transactions, by two publicly-held international companies. During this same time, Mr. Nadler developed, constructed, renovated, and leased many first-class commercial office buildings in the metropolitan Washington, D. C. area and was involved in the operation and management of over 14 restaurants and food service facilities.

Subsequent to the sale of the theatre exhibition company, Mr. Nadler became Chairman of a radio news network, in which he directed the increase, in a short period of time, of affiliates from 75 to over 200 radio stations in the United States and substantially increased the quality of its programming and advertising revenue. This network was eventually acquired by another radio network.

Currently, Mr. Nadler is involved in providing management consulting services for the acquisition, start-up, turnaround, and the development of various business enterprises as well as involvement in his own private business ventures. Prior to Mr. Nadler's own entrepreneurial career, he held senior management positions in the management consulting practice of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, and Laventhol and Horwath. As Regional Director, he was responsible for the practice in an eight-state region with areas of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial services, asset appreciation and all areas of the hospitality and food service industries. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Nadler served with the U. S. General Accounting Office, an agency of the U. S. Congress, in Washington, D. C. as a Congressional representative to several governmental agencies, as well as a staff member to certain Congressional committees of the U. S. Congress. During this period, Mr. Nadler was awarded two Federal Government Meritorious Service Awards.

Mr. Nadler received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting/Finance from the University of Miami ( Florida ) and has been a guest lecturer on numerous occasions at many universities and colleges including Harvard Business School and University of Pennsylvania 's Wharton Business School . In addition, Mr. Nadler has been involved in many educational and community service programs.
