This course provides the graduating senior with the fundamentals of leadership and leadership skills necessary for organizational success in the hospitality industry.

Cruise Line Operations and Management
This course introduces the students to the cruise line industry including its members, its products, and both shipboard and shore side operation and management.

 Managing High-functioning Team
This experiential course develops leadership skills necessary to enhance group communication, build trust, solve problems, and improve productivity through facilitating team activities.

Tour Production and Distribution
This course examines the specific development, operation and marketing of package tours.

Biography

Yunfei Li, M.S., is an instructor at Florida International University, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, China campus. Ms. Li has been taken an instructor role of courses above from Fall, 2007 till now.

Ms. has been working in the industry for 10 years. She joined China Project of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2006. She obtained teaching training at School of Hospitality and Management. Recently she is hired by China Project to teach Leadership in Hospitality Industry, Cruise Line Operations and Management, Managing High-functioning Team, Tour Production and Distribution in Tianjin (China) Campus.

Ms. Li is a graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality. She earned her Executive Master of Science in Hospitality Management in May 2007 and her Bachelor of Tourism English in Nankai University, China in 1988.
