Biography

Robert H. Hacker has over 30 years of financial and operating management experience in the U.S. and internationally. He has served as a CFO and COO for 14 years and provided strategy consulting to Fortune 500 companies in Asia for 10 years. He is the former Vice Chairman, CFO and Board member of a publicly traded company that grew from $40 million to $1 billion in annual revenue in seven years. He has also served as the CFO of 2 private companies. He has extensive experience with high growth companies and turnarounds. Bob has raised over $1 billion in capital during his career, including pre-IPO venture capital, subordinated debt, convertible bonds and 144a public debt issues and has worked with private equity groups on four transactions. He has arranged one IPO and three secondary equity offerings in public markets.

Bob currently manages GH Capital Partners, a Miami-based boutique investment bank that arranges capital and provides strategy consulting to early stage and middle market companies in the Caribbean, Central America and Florida. While serving clients in a wide range of industries, GH Capital has particular expertise in telecommunications, distribution, retail, business services and printing.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center at FIU and a frequent speaker at workshops on finance and business planning for the Center and other groups.
