Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management

Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management is one of the highest rated hospitality and tourism programs in the United States. Degree and Non-Degree Programs: The School offers Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Master of Science in Hospitality Management (available on campus and via distance learning) and Executive Master of Science in Hospitality Management (available on campus and via distance learning) Degree Programs, as well as Certificate Programs in various Hotel, Restaurant, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism specializations.

The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world's most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the festival benefits FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.

The Marriott Tianjin China Program is a campus of Miami, Florida-based Florida International University (FIU) located in Tianjin, in the People's Republic of China, from which a branch of FIU's School of Hospitality & Tourism Management operates.

The Kovens Conference Center offers a relaxing educational environment with more than 31,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and is centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports and minutes from the beach. For fifteen years the Kovens Conference Center has been serving the Miami market with the comfort and convenience of our superior meeting facility here at Florida International University.
